Purchase Order Requirements
To help us process your order quickly and accurately, please include the following with every PO.
Order Information
Purchase Order Number — Your internal PO reference number
Ship-To Information — Full name, address, city, state, and ZIP
In-Hands / Need-By Date — The date you need the order in your hands
Garment Information
Style Number — Manufacturer style/SKU (e.g., Gildan G500)
Color — Garment color name or color code
Sizes & Quantities — Breakdown by size (S, M, L, XL, 2XL, etc.)
Item Description — Brief description of the garment type
Decoration Information
Logo Placement — Where the decoration should go (e.g., Left Chest, Full Front)
Approximate Logo Size — Width × Height in inches
Pantone Colors — PMS color numbers, if applicable
Artwork
Send Artwork with Every Order — Even if it's been used before — this ensures accuracy and avoids production delays.
